You're exactly right. And I blame this current leadership.

What a bunch of feckless amateurs. First, they miss an opportunity to really unify us after we were all slighted (called little 6itches) by our CEO. They failed to respond in any meaningful way, worse yet the response they chose was a completely emasculated one that had a tone of a 2nd year law student.
Then they not only failed to legally promote a unity building movement but they went above and beyond and acted as management stooges. They went out of their way and wrote a much more forceful letter to the pilots reprimanding us to continue to carry Euro's and Bendos water in June.
Is this the freaking twilight zone?
So it's no wonder guys don't know if swapping trips 1:1 is okay or if picking up for JM is okay or a pick up in July transition is okay.
How about they grow a pair. How about they say no JA and no working days off for pay protection in July, period. 1:1, go for it. Improve your life. But for one month, one freaking month, we legally refrain from overtime work as is our legal right!
