Thanks, Tony. I stand by my 1st post. The first part of that section reads, in part "a pilot, other than a pilot assigned to an FDA location as his first crew position,
may be eligible for an FDA bonus as follows" That "may" means they don't have to pay it. As I understand it, it hasn't been paid since the original opening of SFS.
