I don't think ADS-B installation is going to happen any time soon... it's not like they can just slap a Garmin transponder or two into the plane and call it done (well, they probably can but it's not an elegant solution). I believe the first STCs for the Challenger/CRJ series is just hitting the streets now, so the company will probably know what the future holds right about when it'll be action time to install ADS-B gear.
