I didn't think the union was demanding retirement contributions from the $30m settlement. I thought the issue was whether the $30m was subject to profit sharing.
CA Bulletin 16-05
Status of the Profit Sharing Grievances : "The MEC Chairman filed grievance 16-01 over the exclusion of the Delta/Air France/KLM/Alitalia JV settlement distribution monies in the computation of pilots’ annual compensation during the 2015 profit sharing year."
Is there a grievance involving DC contributions?
