Ok, denied a trip trade due to

"DISAPPROVED because
Pilot does not have required training"

I have checked LMS and I am not enrolled in any courses. So we can't pick up a trip on the last day of the quarter because we haven't done the quarterly LMS that isn't assigned? I am not in my recurrent window.
