Doesn't appear as if the MEC has anything to say about it, other than what the amount is if the company pays it.
The company obviously cared enough to get this killed in the LOA. Why if they could just keep saying Zero. The issue has never been grieved (at least no scales on HTML contract). Zero is an amount, to set this amount they have to consult with the association. If the Subic guys don't care I don't care, but it could be an indicator of how the MEC supports FDA pilots.
