I think it'll stay where it's at, maybe go slightly lower with how many 175s were getting but not lower than 2.5, bare in mind a lot can happen such as losing 200s or gaining even more flying so it's hard to say, you just hold on for the ride. That being said Skywest is pretty good at finding uses for old planes.

I'd recommend joining the bridge program, even if you aren't from one of the schools listed you can apply, it gives you a Date of hire much sooner than your actual date of hire which gives you better travel date, hjgher seniority in class which means better sim schedule and your travel benefits start day 1, added bonus there's no obligation, you don't sign anything so if you want to go somewhere else you aren't burning a bridge.
