Thanks for the replies! I've been applying there for about 3 years now. I'm a bit short on time for their liking right now but I've been active volunteering in and outside of my airline. I spoke with them at WAI and OBAP and think I impressed them. I've got time to build so I'm trying to figure out ways to make myself more appealing in the meantime. Good for you for staying positive.
While some people get hired here quickly, the vast majority apply for several years before getting the call. They do look and see how often and how long you have applied. Keep applying, going to job fairs, and try to become a LCA and you will likely hear something!
