I said, "no what we need is to stop calling for the paperword and kill our D0 and A14". This is the stuff they care about and talk about on EVERY Bendo podcast.
Those guys aren't as far off industry rates as the junior guys. They don't have the urgency and anger produced by making 100k less per year than their counterparts. Slope is a travesty and they voted it in full knowing the next generation of "not here yet" pilots would be making a crapload less money than industry.
Yea I knew this coming in but don't expect me to support any TA that doesn't fix it.
