While some people get hired here quickly, the vast majority apply for several years before getting the call. They do look and see how often and how long you have applied. Keep applying, going to job fairs, and try to become a LCA and you will likely hear something!

For what it's worth, I applied 5 times over 2 years. I also went to 3 job fairs. I just interviewed on the 24th and got the Phase II email this morning.
If JetBlue is where you want to be, don't give up. They want to see persistence and it will pay off in the long run.
