I haven't taken the VX one but this one has logic, math, words, an A10 simulator that they use to teach you how to climb/descend/turn/accelerate/slow, some multitasking exercises embedded with the A10 simulator, some memory exercises, and some other fun things, like trying to keep a ball centered.
