We've always been described as a "young" workforce and being born in 1970 I wanted to see if that holds true for my own retirement plans. 345 pilots born in 1960 or earlier, 895 born in 1965 or earlier.

Again, these were my own personal gross numbers under the auspices of "where will I be with 10/5 years left until retirement."

So if my math is correct or correct-ish for a pilot born in 1970 about a 1/3 movement up the list through natural retirements. Irrespective of growth, which is a moot point given those would hold lower seniority numbers.
