I had a pretty good experience with mine. $350 for my own room and I walked to the training center. The place was always quiet. The pilot who owns them has a couple others as well. Its an old house so nowhere near as clean as a hotel, but compared to several others in my indoc class I had it easy. They paid triple that for an AirBnB and had much worse experiences. YMMV.
