This. I commute on company metal and even on a wide open flight I'm still sweating bullets because the outstation agents never seem to know how to check me in. Personally I'm not a fan of how the "new" American has treated the former Airways non wholly owned regionals. Our nonrev process is overly convoluted as a result of the merger.
