People are walking around like zombies.. Plus those taking Triple Premium pay are plumb worn out.. I really want to see the best for this place since there are wonderful people here, but I hate seeing people taken advantage of. Pilots are no longer plentiful, treat us as the precious resource we are in this market. Too many FOs are leaving.
You perceive it as too many FO resignations, but clearly AAG thinks it's just right considering their current lack of action on the matter. You know what that means right? It means you think you have the big picture figured out, but it's clearly not the right one since AAG is taking a Laissez-faire attitude to attrition.
