For example I believe you are in favor of pay banding. According to the former council 1 rep it will cost upwards of 800 jobs ( full pay banding 717 to 777 pay banded like UPS, straight FO and Capt pay rates). So for me I will have to see what we get for these trades and make my vote from there.
I am opposed to pay banding until we reach 5:15 per day of Pay and credit vacation.

This would offset the job loss.

Since we only asked for 4:00 per day of vacation in 2018, I am opposed to pay Banding.

Since Bastian revealed that he is returning almost $4 Billion annually to the shareholders, I oppose and concession or change that would reduce positions, jobs, staffing.
