Ive done some searching on this thread but couldn't find an answer to my question. Im currently flying 90+ hours a month, doing volunteer work outside flying, and doing union volunteer work. I can't really get letters of rec cause I'm the only one in my family that flies or i dont really know anyone over at delta. What are you good people getting hired with now a days? (Hours, resume, etc.) i see a lot of people not getting letters of rec and still getting the call and I also see people getting 10 letters and that not making a dent. if anyone is willing to PM me with info that'd be great. thanks all take care this weekend!
