Well I don't think I know [blah], and while it is an airplane that pretty deep systems knowledge will take you a long way, some good basic foundations on the plane can get most people the level they need. Fortunately, when there is a problem inflight or the box, I know exactly where we are going and what the end result is going to be; just experience nothing special.
