I don't know if BBD can increase production. Right now its mostly on PW to increase production before BBD can even consider it. Thats why jetblue is still receiving CEOs when the a321NEO will be certified by years end. PW is only going to deliver around 100 production engines this year, and they are SUPPOSED to be able to ramp up production by '17 and '18. One of the reason for shortages of the CEOs at this point is there will soon even be a shortage of V2500 engines as those assembly lines are starting to slow. Engine equipment, pylons and such are long lead items that require considerable supply chain ramp up before production.

If we do adopt SJC as a focus, I agree a base will happen. If only to support the SFO and OAK flights as well.
