Oh and as for SJU. I'm pretty sure it was never a domicile mostly because the local Puerto Rico work rules would have been too generous (costly). American Eagle had a base there up until a few years ago. The major difference is they were unionized. A CBS overrules the local work rules.

So a SJU base may not be out of the question once a contract is ratified. That is of course depending on how the Caribbean flying changes as the PR economy struggles.
