Thanks for the feedback. Even if it were 99.999% as good as the Delta plan it would be a "NO" vote for the majority. There is too much emotional capital invested in the PS plan for most of us to even consider touching it.
If we are presented with a TA that reduces it by so much as one cent, I think that the negative impact to morale will be evident. Most of us take pride in our work and go above and beyond, even when the company has made it clear they have no intention to back up their statements on the value of the Delta pilots. Touch the PS plan and they would flush an incredible amount of extra effort for which they are paying pennies on the dollar currently.
