I honestly can't figure out how that is even possible unless you toss your roll-aboard down the jetway every flight. I'm going on 8 years with the same luggage works bag and the only thing I've ever had to replace is the wheels/bearings (replacement cost around $20). The rest of the bag is tip top .. zippers, handle, frame, etc. Maybe you shouldn't stuff your bag so full with Krugerrands .
