Wait, so you think 30/year to the big 3 is a good thing?! If you have roughly 1,000 pilots then 3% leaving to the legacy airlines ain't that much
But hey, if you eventually want to fly for one of the LCC's or cargo outfits like Atlas then I guess Mesa is as good a place as any to start your career. If you want to fly for UAL, DAL, or AA then not so much. We all gotta have goals! Mine are just set a tad bit higher then yours
