FNG I think you are correct about KK. I think he has been in the position way to long.
There should be an effort to train a pilot from JFK and LGB that can do KK's job. When they are up to speed the KK responsibility can be rotated quarterly or on some schedule to allow JFK/LGB reps to be the writer.
I think it would do a few things:
1) Give KK a break. You gotta believe he spends a lot of time at work with his 85 - 90 hour line and still having to put out a scheduling product.
2) Get more people trained to do the job.
What would happen if KK was unable, for whatever reason, to perform his duties?
3)Get some new ideas in the mill.
