A lot of guys live up in Jupiter/Tequista, it's pretty much Spirit Base Housing. I live in FLL, it's quite expensive that's for sure, but the convenience makes up for it.

There's a lot of areas to avoid, pretty much anything that has "Lauderdale" in the name and not "Fort" with it.

Jupiter/Tequista, while being Up South is much more reasonable. I don't know about schools or anything else about it, some will have much more information than I, but it is a nice area.
