It's okay. Outcomes matter but so does the process. We can continue to pressure our leadership knowing we are not part of the problem.

I think you heart is in the right place, and I respect that. However, if you start distributing lists of people who worked without breaking the contract, I think it's going to backfire and YOU are going to be the pariah.
Life is just too short to put yourself through that kind of stress, when the majority are just going to keep on doing their thing and don't really care about a list one way or the other.
Let the MEC call the shots, run for Status rep when the time comes. I'll vote for you.
