Well, actually, since we're paid in US dollars and will be buying brie in Euro AND it's currently $1.40US/1 Euro...

$178*(60%)=$106.8
Gosh - I'm glad we're not FDA'ing in Japan then. Exchange rate is ~.00847$/ 1 yen.
