Asked my fleet captain about a gym in AOC. First, as our (MD) new fleet captain he was very responsive and great. He got back to my email almost immediately. Second, he followed it up just hours later advising he'd brought it up to our SCP.

In short, it ain't happening for various reasons. If it becomes a possibility he'll let me know, as I volunteered to help make it a reality.
