Yes I'm newish to NK. 3 years. I'm not new to the airlines 18 years BEFORE NK.
I still don't get the animosity. I've only ever called out guys who are more interested in themselves than the group.
Maybe you don't like being held accountable. I know it's novel to some generations. Perhaps this is why you reflexively lash out. And finally, I am actually very pro Union. Maybe even this one. I just don't see any reason to think they are doing a very good job.
Enough of the explanations. I stand by what I've said. We are a group of motivated guys looking for leadership and we've been subverted by a hand full of management lackeys.
