Don't worry, you can continue to play it safe while a growing percentage of us are willing to operate outside the constraints of law and civility and do what's necessary. I find it disconcerting that you continue to try to instill fear and dread among this pilot group with horrific tales of assessments, job action accusations, lawsuits, and wrath from some arbitrator. Are you really scared of these things? I only ask because I have not met ANYBODY out there in the system that is worried about these unlikely consequences actually happening. Just curious, Do you really fly airplanes for a living or do you work inside a building somewhere?
