You're joking right? Having every pilot that is not working show up in uniform to a shareholders meeting is about as much pressure as we can place on management to get serious about negotiating (they currently are not). It shows the shareholders that not all is well on the Homefront and that puts pressure on management.
But when only a handful show up because the majority think their presence will mean nothing it makes us look like a joke and that those their are just a small group of unhappy outliers.
Do you have any idea the affect on negotiations if we had a triple digit number of pilots at this thing?
