You are right I know. Close to 300 now. I know it will take a year to a year and a half at Endeavor to get there. It's hard to pass up the money they are offering. Plus you get a Delta interview. The treatment will get better from where you are now. Being at the bottom anywhere is going to be awful. It may not get great but it will be a hell of a lot better then bottom of reserve. So let that be a part of your decision as well, not where you are now, because it will change.
