3 years ago new hire classes were full of heavy drivers, RJ CA's, line check airmen, occasional military, etc...
Out of necessity Frontier just signed a flow-through agreement with Silver and Great Lakes. Spirit can't be far behind.
I'm thinking part of this has to do with the majority of the regionals, have some sort of flow or guarantee interview with the legacies. Spirit may not see as many regional guys. I still don't Spirit will have a hard time filling classes, at least not for a few years.
