I'm thinking part of this has to do with the majority of the regionals, have some sort of flow or guarantee interview with the legacies. Spirit may not see as many regional guys. I still don't Spirit will have a hard time filling classes, at least not for a few years.
I think 2018 will see the LCCs feeling the sting of the "pilot shortage". 2017 will be rough on regionals. I don't expect we will see any real shortage at mainline until 2021 if ever.
