Same trip he almost put us into the side of the mountain at GUC, because he wanted to make the PA, "We're coming around the mountain..." doing the left traffic to 24. While he's focusing on making the PA, I tell him his downwind is too tight and we need to widen out the downwind pattern to the right, but he turns base and final anyway. He's making the PA below 2,500RA while handflying the base to final turn. The turn to final is wide and we're about to smack into the side of the mountain right of centerline north of US 50. I tell him to "Escape" to order the GPWS Escape maneuver just as GPWS "Terrain, Terrain, Pull Up Pull Up" goes off. He tries to salvage the approach by steepening the bank below 800 RA triggering Bank Angle. I tell him that if he doesn't go around we're going to interface with the ground and leave a red white and blue Eagle smear on the side of the mountain for Gunnison to remember us by before he TOGAs and goes around.

If you ever flew with RoboCop at MQ, this is the way he is... He'll be a MQ lifer, might take flowthru to AA maybe.
RoboCop hasn't been at MQ for several years, he took the flow, one of the first.
