So if anything, this points to us catching up on CA staffing. Now, if our total block was reduced, please give us the numbers. Because I dont see it.
Many factors could change our numbers by a few percent up or down. With the new brake release rule maybe our block time has been cut by a few minutes a flight on average. Or they trimmed up a small percentage of the overblocking, or we all got planned at .80 this month. Who knows. But I dont think we have anything to worry about.

Be realistic, every person in every job looks to move on to a bigger paycheck and QOL. Business is Business, one guy left early, and the other guy literally just started.
