And you happy because the floor hasn't been raised. Yippee!!
It's time to start looking at the big picture and maybe start connecting some dots.
Or maybe the floor wasnt raised because we finally may be staffed better than anytime in the last year? The FO floor hasnt been raised in almost 12 months, so this is nothing new for half of us. So if anything, this points to us catching up on CA staffing. Now, if our total block was reduced, please give us the numbers. Because I dont see it.
Many factors could change our numbers by a few percent up or down. With the new brake release rule maybe our block time has been cut by a few minutes a flight on average. Or they trimmed up a small percentage of the overblocking, or we all got planned at .80 this month.

Who knows. But I dont think we have anything to worry about.
3rd COO in 3 years? So what. Just like AC said, its a regional. What do you expect? You want no attrition except on the pilot side? Be realistic, every person in every job looks to move on to a bigger paycheck and QOL. Business is Business, one guy left early, and the other guy literally just started. Having a new COO, can actually be a good thing.
