Get good with TTOT and watch it all the time.Trade into something commutable if a couple of your trips aren't. When I bid lines I usually end up trading just about everything anyway to manipulate my schedule how I want and get better trips.
The same with Reserve. I swap days off with other pilots. Hardly anyone does it but you can, its in the contract.
