It's more important than you think! For instance, just last night we discussed why a particular condiment in the refrigerator door being replaced. Is it because it's beyond the use-by date? spoiled? used up? or do we just not like it anymore. If we don't like it anymore, why not? Is it me? you? the kids? might guests ever want it? Most importantly, what would the mother-in-law think. Would it insult her heritage to not have it? or does she think it's wasteful? excessive? or "a luxury that
she never had growing up"?
