I just think I'm in an odd area since this kind of manning situation hasn't really happened here before (although you can definitely tell that something has been done, much less open time this month than the last 3-4). The schedulers are mostly new and probably don't know the contract very well. I probably confused the matter with C. in ALPA scheduling when I kept calling it a GSWC when my intent was better represented by IAWC.
