If you talk to the Envoy guys all Mesa flying is going back to Envoy and Mesa is leaving DFW. According to the Envoy guys that is.
PHX as a hub certainly won't grow, not between DFW and LAX. They may turn over some of the skywest flying to us, but I wouldn't expect many if any new routes to start.
