Yeah, only a ton of incidents, like tail strikes, ATB's due to insufficient fuel, flying with out O2 mask on above FL410, airspace violations, and on and on. Not to mention they have not flown a plane which has self ignited due to hazardous material. Nice try though. GMAFB.
You forgot that they couldn't even depart because they torched two engines during the start ... That was a classic !

And the hazmat happened TWICE, lucky for them it wasn't a SYR turn.
