How the hell would we actually know anything. The BOD doesn't tell us crap. Supposedly they had two meetings with the company on Monday and Tuesday. Assuming that's true, you'd think they would at least let us know how the meetings went.
Especially considering how we were promised better communications during the election.
I'm happy getting information when there's something to report. Communications come through Herndon now so I expect a new level of professionalism for the added dues. The MEC rep I spoke to said we'd have something by Monday.
My **guess** is the company is going to try and make the negotiation, which are specifically for increasing pay per LOA 67, into cash for some give elsewhere. That will lead to a grievance / expedited arbitration, and slow the progression of negotiations. Beer bet anyone?
