Smart pilot!
You go to Envoy with the hopes of future promises your asking for trouble. They have no clue whatsoever what their future is. Their CEO has to beg for scraps from AAG.
Normaly it would make sense to plan long term with something like a decent flow, but going to Envoy now you gamble to much with current pay quality of life issues. You are essentialy paying Envoy directly out of your pocket right now with a hope of a flow. Your paying them with a crappy quality of life with only two bases, sitting on reserve forever, constant contract violations, ridiculous upgrade times, being treated less than human and well you get the idea.
To tell you how silly this hope of flow is look at it this way. If you were a pilot making 60000.00 a year and the company came to you and said we want you to take a paycut down to 45000.00 a year and you will obtain this flow language. If it does not work the way we say you still keep the paycut and you have no recourse against us even if it does not work, as we will not put in any protections at all for the pilot group. Would you sign in the dotted line?
Granted my numbers are just random numbers and I have not actually done the math to see how close that is, but I think you get the idea.
That does not include the added language that they will violate the contract any time they see fit, will create an environment that is abusive to the pilots and to add it all up coffee nazis lol.
Seriously how in the heck do they even get one or two bodies in class?
