Hey Cap'n Big - I've seen a lot of LUS posters make remarks like yours which suggest LAA pilots have a negative opinion of LUS pilots. I'm a '14 hire, so I'm unscarred by all the bad times folks had post 9/11. No grudges, no axe to grind. I'm here to tell you, I have never once heard an LAA pilot state or imply that LUS pilots are in any way inferior.

When LUS pilots come up, there are two main topics: 1) where will everyone want to go once the legacy bases are opened up to the entire pilot group (and, of course, what opportunities or challenges will it involve for guys in my bid-status), and 2) will the dilution effect of new hires plus cross-pollination b/t bases help dampen the feud b/t east & west. None of us want to deal with that going forward.
