Suicide is rarely a rational decision. Gojet is an airline run by a psychopath. He does not care in the least about his employees and has no remorse when he screws over an employee. If it is to his benefit to scar a pilot's record to make it harder for the person to leave what do you think will happen? Why pass someone on a checkride when you can fail the person, and pass him on the recheck. Suddenly you have an employee who will find it difficult to leave.
There are much better choices out there in my humble opinion. Don't forget Netjets, corporate, and Uber.
