Exactly. Accepting mediocre day to day performance because other airlines are perceived to be just as bad is not the way it should be. That's a cop-out justification. This thing started off with a bang and customers were well-treated and desired in the beginning. Now just about everyone, from the pilot to the luggage loader to the ticket counter slackers, couldn't care less as long as they get their paycheck, as if they are thinking the whole operation may fold for one reason or another before a contract for anyone is ever agreed to.
