You can count whatever bonuses you want, but a first year FO will come out ahead at Endeavor every single time... And a second year, and a third year (but our upgrade is 14 months so...)

I'm a first year FO at Endeavor, and I'll make at least $70K this year. 5 months into the year and I'm sitting at $36k already.
