Envoy does have some benefits that many other regionals don't provide and now that they're throwing $15k to new hires I would imagine that might make a difference when comparing.
You MIGHT be right, but how long are they gonna stay?
When they're going to experience the schedules, the long time on reserve, and all the small things that destroy you QOL, they'll be discouraged like a lot of people at Envoy. The 15K bonus will not do anything about it.
