I will admit that not much has happened yet under the 13 whole days we have officially been ALPA, maybe I need to raise my expectations a bit, that being said, I feel a whole hell of a lot better than I did being represented by FAPA. The company is over reaching more and more. While I like JG, working for FAPA was his third job and I think we will do better with a team of lawyers that is bigger than 1.
Well, I've found weekly updates in my inbox from the time we were in BK that equate to about 25 just throughout that period, not 6 from 2004-2012 - I squirrel stuff like that away and am not a big fan of the rhetorical hyperbole you're spreading.

JG is part of a firm, and while he did the lion's share of work, there were others who worked on FAPA issues too. If you look at the number of lawyers per represented pilot I think we had a much higher ratio under FAPA - if that's your metric.

And when you start a sentence with "Not trying to pick a fight, but..." I think it's safe to disregard everything before the word "but".

I'm behind ALPA 100% as they're our representation, and unity is our only real card BUT I think that remaining independent, if only we had more people willing to do the work - we don't, would have been a better option. Just my $.02
