Depends. If you can maybe find a charter/135 gig that where you can get TPIC time NOW, do it. Otherwise, probably a regional. Some regionals have their own requirements, like so much time with the company or in type. Sorry, not sure on the specifics of those.

Don't ever assume you can hold the base you want right away. If so, GREAT!!! Just plan on maybe having to suck up a commute for a while.

But PSA may be the best bet, with a CLT and TYS base. GoJets has RDU.

Both offer "quick" upgrades. For now at least.

And remember, if you haven't already, start networking with EVERY person you ever met since you started flying. Back or front seat, doesn't matter. It's just valuable as the recency of flight time and TPIC now days.
